por que no usan el cerebro para solucionar problemas de ambruna en el africa por ejemplo, veo que todos, bancos o empresas de internet solo les interesa su propio jardin pero se olvidan que la mitad de la humanidad es un desastre y que como sigamos asi se meteran en el culo todas las genialidades estupidas que hacen todos los dias.

Estan locos!!!!
Solo si eres un genio o un prodigio podrias encontrar paz en ese lugar.
tienes metas que cumplir y solo tienes el 80% de tu tiempo!!!!.
el 20% restante es para proyectos personales,si. Pero debes proponer algo interesante para hacer frente a tus colegas y que sea novedoso. Y esto no es optativo, debes hacerlo!!!!
Osea, debo hacer mi labor con un 80% de mi tiempo y mas encima debo pensar paralelamente en algo nuevo y en lo posible genial con el 20% sobrante.
Debes repartir periodicamente documentos redactados sobre tus labores y discutirlos con tus colegas que son otros geniecillos y no se te vaya a ocurrir llegar con una estupidez.
